Wow wow wow = please also see Landon, Mindy & Taylor
This is a blog Taylor's auntie does to keep all informed.
Please read it. It also now has a wish list of what they would like to do for/with her, while they can. If you could do any of this, please let me know.
Also, a hotel has offered hotel accomodations for their Disney trip.
Thank you God for putting this family so heavy on the hearts of people everywhere !

Thanks again everyone, I can't say it enough !

Wow...Just read this post from start to finish and don't know what to say. My heart goes out to the family and hope all works out in the end. Will be sure to put my fair share in the jar @ the sled show if I am home to make it there...If not will definitely be donating on line later in the week. A big thanks to all my fellow S & Mer's out there for making this happen...makes a guy feel proud to be lucky enough to be associated with such a first class bunch. Gotta run...got a couple kids that I need to give a great big hug to tonight and let them know how much they mean to me.

Snowmonkey:

I noticed on the blog that part of the "bucket list" is for a horseback ride. My daughter and I would definately love to help with that! I couldn't see any contact email addresses on the Blog - who do i contact to help?

We have an arena just outside of Sherwood Park, lots of ponies and lots of kids who would love to help. Damn hayburners might as well do something useful.....

Just so everyone knows, I thought I would stick this in this thread too.

Thanks !

If anyone has anything they want to know or anyway they can help with the bucket list for Taylor, etc., please contact me, as the family is quite overwhelmed right now with all this support pouring in. Their phones and emails haven't stopping going off, and they really appreciate it all, but at the same time need to spend time with Taylor, not on the phone or answering emails.

Thanks all !

I have a message in with a friend in my fish club that used to work with fishes at WEM to see if there is an inside line for the Seal meet and pet :d

That would be great.

I would like to take this opportunity to ask for prayer for strength and rest and a miracle for Taylor and her family as they continue to go through this. I must admit it has been awhile since I had a proper sleep, they have been on my heart so much.

I would like to post this in a way that everyone understands that even the pm'ing is included in this .
Like I had said before, please contact me through pm if you have questions etc, as they really really do not need to be contacted anymore right now.
It is not to dishearten or to not be grateful, because trust me, we are.

It is solely to give them some time alone, as a family. Please don't take the rest of that time away from them.

As a go-between for snowandmud members, again, please come to me, not them.

As it is getting to be far too much, my friend also posted this on her website landonmindytaylor.blogspot.com today:

Hello,

I just wanted to put out a quick word. Mindy and Landon love everyone who has been working so hard for them these past few days, weeks, months, years. THEY NEED PEOPLE TO STOP SENDING E-MAILS, TEXTS and PHONE CALLS! So sorry I really don't want to be sounding rude so please don't take it that way. They are overwhelmed as throughout the entire day people have been calling, texting, e-mailing their sympathies, asking questions, etc. They are spending the days stressed and unable to deal with grief as they feel obligated to reply to people as they know everyone means to be kind and to help.

So again Snowandmud, please help by not contacting them, contact me.

Thank you, we love you, see you at the show !!

I wanted to let everyone know about Taylors spinal tap results. They came back clear, but that result is not definitive.

Taylor is not cancer free, this is what the spinal tap means. If there are cells in the fluid - There is cancer, if there are no cells in here fluid - this means that cancer could or could not be there. This is straight from our group of doctors. this was just a small test to help if figure more things out. This test combined with her next MRI on Nov. 23 will get us closer to figuring things out.

They do not classify "remission" for up to 5yrs after the last clear scan. We have a very very long road ahead of us. This test to us really doesn't bring us that much relief at all. We still feel up in the air and don't really feel much relief. But it helps some and it helps to stay on the positive side of the fence. Believe me I want nothing more then to hope this cancer goes away/disappears/and does not come back. But as a parent, father and for my own sanity we need to look at all the test results and keep our heads screwed on.... Some how.... :) I just wanted people to k ow what this really means because it seems to be misconstrued and be bringing a sense of false hope to those that don't seem to understand. Some people think that Taylor is clear, that this battle is over and that is it. When in all reality and the big picture this is a small drop in the bucket of what we have been through on the last 2 yrs.

We would like to thank everyone for there continued support, well wishes, prayers and generosity

That Is the best thing I've heard in awhile. If she is clear for now and healthy, it should make for an excellent time for her in Disneyland,
YAAAAAAAY Taylor !!!!!!

To everyone who has sent us their prayers, thoughts, well wishes, support and donations; words cannot express how grateful we are to have so many wonderful people rooting for our little girl Taylor's health.

We were fortunate enough to be able to take Taylor to Disneyland and San Diego for a whirlwind adventure in December 2010. It was our first official vacation since Taylor was born in 2008 and we really needed it!

We are overwhelmed by all of the support we receive from so many people that we haven't even had the honor of meeting! People from the Lac Ste Anne county fire departments, Alberta Health services, Snow and Mud, Sled Betties, Mad Motor sports, Jacks Autobody, Marlin Travel in spruce grove, CN rail staff across Canada, T & T Power Sports in Bonnyville.

We apologize that we can't name every person and company that sent us their prayers, thoughts, and donations. Please know that we read every email, letter, card, online post, etc. And we truly appreciate all the support we have been given.

We thank everyone for their continued support and prayers, and can only pray that we continue to have clear MRIs and get to see our girl grow for many years to come.

For more information and updates, please check out our family blog that was created when Taylor was born. It details most of our journey since her birth and is where we post all upcoming tests and results and updates on Taylor.

I know it has been a while since our last update, we have been very busy as a family lately. As for Taylor's checkups at the Stollery, they have been great. We have been going for MRI's, tests and meeting every 3 months as usual. All her doctors think she is doing great, on track or ahead for her age. MRI's have been coming back clear which is wonderful news. And we are being moved from scans and meetings every 3 months to every 6 months. Happy holidays everyone and I hope everybody's wishes come true.... I know ours did, taylor get to see another christmas. And this year I am so excited for her, I think 3 yrs old at christmas is going to be just as much fun for us as it will be for her.

Oh yeah and I am planing to take my girls to the mountains for Mommy & Taylor's first trip out. Yahoo I think there going to have a blast!!!

Have a great holidays !!! :happyholidayswreath

Here are a few pictures of what Taylor has been up to lately :)
