i did hear the 2022 Summit turbos are going to come with shocks though.

How will the 22's be better than the 21's? I know a better warranty. Will the 34" stance be better? Anything else change for 22? I don't believe they had issues they had to fix but when I say better, are you getting anything that will make it work better?

No not really, the stance is a preference thing i will likely set mine back to 35 or 36. Extra warranty, new non over rev clutch calibration. Minor tweaks to a sled that works very well.

Same things they do every year . It’s called improvements and some of them won’t be even noticed to the majority.
Probably different routing of turbo oil line or different line all together to name a small change ?

yes that aswell. and your right, there will be lots of minor changes most people wont even notice. They will get it perfected before the 200hp Model drops.

This new model will be smarter, increase power as elevation increases and demand for higher octane fuel decreases. I've said too much. Coffees good, time for a refill. We all used to say your a dreamer if you think the factory will release a turbo 2 stroke with warranty. But here we are with 2 options to choose from. Skys the limit OzOnE

Then things would get interesting. Power to weight ratio would look much better and Doo has slowly been shaving down over-all weight the last couple years (other than the turbo adder) The Gen5 chassis will be most interesting as they are likely to make it handle better too as each generation has handled better than the previous. Then again that 200 HP model may have an electric motor.

I'd like to but im in langley right now, riding in squamish this weekend I think. I'll be in Revy later in the month.

They had a lynx at GVPS in town. But I never even got a demo this year. Have been working more than sledding this season though.

Probably take some time off to sled next season

I think you misread my post. BRP will be honouring all their snow check commitments to customers. No ambassadors will be harmed in the making of 2022 skidoo turbos lol. BRP offered the dealers the option to bring in EXTRA machines with no snow check incentives (2 year additional warranty) these extra machines have no names on them they are not sold to a customer they are the dealers just like in season stuff . Since the snowmobile in question was not a snow check it would have been a decision made by that particular dealer to take a deposit on a snowmobile they did not physically have or have proof that they would get it. In the past maybe they were confident they would get all the extra machines they ordered but with Covid these things can happen. IMO if I were a dealer I would just take a list of names and when the sleds land I would go down the list when they arrive rather than selling a promise to a machine that may not exist. But I don’t own a dealership I’m just a broke surveyor so that’s easy for me to say.

Didn't misread sh!t.... I realized its not a snowcheck. My response was predicated on the first post by gotboost that says "kinda pissed".....to which I sympathize with a paying customer or a dealer in that situation. Standard "negotiating in good faith" protocols that apply in business bud - google for more, I'm not giving a free ethics class. ABMax figured out where I was going. BRP "offered" sleds to a customer, be that customer a dealer or individual, wording is just semantics.

"I got 4 more sleds coming in, when they land if you come in, you can have....oh wait no I don't. Go check Bill in the next town....." LMAO Cmon now, you're an educated dude - is that how you'd run your business? This is why they introduced snowchecks in the first place FFS LOL

You can't call them "extra" sleds if they are being "ordered" by the dealer. Its either one or the other man.

I dont get what the big deal is??? BRP pulled the extra sleds from dealers, crap happens. Someone put a deposit on a sled that was never reserved to them, thats the risk.
Now that will be extra in season sleds for the dealer now.

No thanks I offered him $20k for it he emailed me back to telling me I can't afford it  so I will keep looking

Ha ha !! People can ask whatever they want for things , but any dumb ass that would pay premium pricing for items in the off season are crazy or has way to much money or washing money .
A lot of dumb ass’s out there lately with this Covid BS .

Yep, it supply and demand. Look at a sheet of OSB, and plywood, and people are still buying it.
