I'm a pessimistic skeptic. This might just end up like Trans Mountain. Just another way to throw away a huge chunk of our tax dollars.
Take your tin foil hat off once in a while...you'll see $ 4.65/ barrel of oil flowing through those pipelines in three years! lol

Lots of landowners with no contracts or payment for easements or right of way in Lower Mainland. A seven year negotiation but not really cuz Tmx starts talking and then disappears for a year. Weird.
