Your opinions would likely have been taken more seriously in person at Mountain Mania...…. Now it's just white noise....

Any of you girls remember the 17, 18 g4 issues? Short memory eh? News flash-This is same sled. Doo just added more power to an already pos sled. What do ya think is gonna happen now? It’s just gonna break down faster. Drive shafts will still crumple, tracks will ratchet, clutches will be good for cooking eggs and you get to beg for warranty. Can’t believe they added more power to the g4 junk sled. Bahahahaha. Boo hoo hoo, doo hoo hoo the sound of doo criers.

But, hats off to the frogs for being first in and setting the two stroke turbo bar quite high for others.

Kanedog 2015-2019, thanks for the good times S&M!
what do you feel the G4 chassis lacks in? Could loose some weight but with that comes durability issues aswell

It’s a wheelie monster so a new platform is required. They need to get away from small drivers, do 8 tooth driver(24inch circumference, lower the gear ratio and basically to do a drop and roll to improve attack angle. Lose the t motion also. I don’t have much experience with skid geometry or chassis geometry so I can only comment on how a sled handles. That’s how I feel Maxdoo!

Good lord, is that how you think? Smh. Do a search on my past posts, knock off a few goofy posts and tell me you didn’t learn something. If you shut off your mind for dumb reasons, well, that makes you just that. Better yet, if it’s white noise, hit the ignore button. I know I’m hitting it for you. See how easy that is. Now you learned something, yet again.

Jaysus, I can’t ignore you even if I wanted to. That’s ok, when I see a post from Bogger I’ll remember the word I have for u.

You're building electric motors or engines for over 25 years? There is a difference...
I first started working on small engines when I was 14 - fixed a old 70's 2 stroke lawnboy lawnmower - was hooked after that and have been doing it for 24 years now sorry not over 25 - only the past 5 yrs I've been it full time out of my shop - 20 yrs prior to that was just hobby working on my own stuff - now i repair quads sleds dirtbikes snowblowers chainsaws whipper snippers rototillers ride on lawnmowers grain auger motors old 70's streetbikes old 70's Harley Davidson golf carts stand up jet skis seadoos generators - not brand specific either just no Giovanni

Wow it’s amazing how far all the mountain sleds have come in the last 30 years and how they have gotten so much easier to ride. And yet the manufacturers still have not got it right for some people. We hear the same negative stuff over and over. Just ride what you like and have fun. It’s great to have choices.

That’s the problem here in Alberta. Not many working. Maybe you could press your government to cut us some slack?

Your original question before all the crap...….forums in general area dying off. And I think most will understand why. Not a lot of useful information any longer. As enthusiasts a lot came to forums to get help and direction. I don't see much of that any longer. A few with knowledge carry the load and the rest just bully. Im totally surprised by one post I saw recently that didn't get many that was to promote organized sledding as a community. That's something we should all embrace and encourage as our sport is slowing more than a lot would like to admit. If we don't rally the troops for the future, there won't be a future. Hard to even imagine that but its reality. Modern day sled market peaked in 1997 went down 100k units 10 years later and another 50K 10 years after that to present day. We are losing participants quicker than we are gaining them. What are you doing to add a member?
Safe sledding.

Absolutely that's why I'm trying to sell an oil for 2 strokes that will help lower the number of piled up motors - more time spent behind the bars for everyone - I have people contact me all the time for help with their boosted ski Doo xm - I love to share the knowledge that I have received from my good buddy Dave Sebelius - he is a very smart man - alot of people don't know it but he has a snowmobile clutch patent from the 90's - how many people out there have that? Not very many
