Hey guys, so I have decided to get back into sledding this year, I have been out of the game for about 5 yrs, trying to pick a new sled and it’s hard. My previous sled was a 2010 m8 162 done by linderman.

I went to look at a few new sleds, a Polaris 850 163, 165 850SP doo and a alpha 165 800, they all seem pretty good. Would like to Hear some feedback on theses sled thanks for your help.

Its probably gonna come down to personal preference. They all are very good sleds at the top tier of mountain riding. I personally ride a Doo 175x right now. Best sled I have ever road in deep powder. I also sell them but have no reason to run down any of the 850's or the Cat 800 from what I have seen on the snow last year. Good luck with your choice and welcome back!

if your considering a polaris, call corey at gull lake. 306-672-3395. pretty hard to beat his pricing and service.

In them hills.
Really depends where you want to take your sled for service.
Go with where you think you get the best service.
Really splitting hairs now a days.

Have to agree with everyone above. All the newer sleds are pretty good, but not every dealer is equal. And its not even about pricing so much as finding a dealer you feel comfortable with.

I would really like to test ride all of theses sleds but that’s out of the question as of right now. So I have decided to go back to my old dealer precision powersports I had very good luck with Richard over the years so I pick my new sled up Saturday going to go with a 165 alpha 1.
