This kit was installed last year on a 2017 Polaris Axys-162-Belt drive machine. The Stage 3 kit included the pipe, Y pipe, dome head, Bully dog programmer, clutch weights, springs and an NPP can.We also installed a reliability kit with new pistons. The programmer makes many adjustments including oil injection, fuel, adjusted fuel-air ratios and the necessary adjustments to compensate for the new hardware. It should be running about 175-180 reliable and instant hp. Plus the updated clutch that include very cool adjustable magnetic weight clutch weights.
The riding at the end of last year gave us very indication that this was going to make a huge difference, as we did not get it complete until just before the last ride and its hard to tell in spring riding conditions. The machine is going out in the next week or two so we will know more then. I will try and keep you informed.
