What are the rules or law for a person under th age of 16 for riding a snowmobile on crown land in BC. Thanks

Well my understanding is if they are under 16 they have to be in sight of a adult. Kids cant get liability insurance so its all in my name . Im not 100% sure if thats right but thats how we do it ,and kids dont need trail pass so that saves me 40 bucks a time . My boys are 11 and 13 now they started at about 8 . We rarely see any other kids on the hill but there are some . Good luck .
