yah whatever.....lol....you wrote that it would be a good idea....

............its obvious that a bunch of you really want to own a cat but just can't do it because it doesn't have a BRP badge.....:D

no I wrote that it would make sense. and it would because they are in the same industry. considering Arf's conection with Cat maybe he knows what he's talking about?

I'm not scared of the name brand Arctic Cat.

I'd even buy one for the right price. if I'm spending 20g, I'll just get the sled that I want though. (and it isn't a cat)

any who I can't make it to the show in Toronto. looks like Cat doesn't like Alberta enough to come here.

Not to start a war but for less than 20G you can have a Turbo Alpha Cat that will crush any Doo on the hill that was 19G with all the linq accessories.

I'd get a expert or a khaos. not interested in a mono rail at all. but what ever floats your boat.

I heard the Alpha washes out. Father and son in law that I know bought two 2019 cats. One Alpha and one twin rail moutain cat. Between the two of them they both prefered the predicability of the twin rail in most conditions. We'll see over time if it was a good idea or not. I have a hard time seeing if doo will put their own spin on it and especially Poo always standing behind the statement that a full ridged chassis is best for keeping on edge.

Guess it depends on conditions. I rode both and with the ease to carve it, hands down will take the Alpha.

Pretty funny when Doo riders start talking about washout. Doo's have been turning hard uphill for over a decade.

Doo riders are just very experienced with washout so they like to talk like every body has it because if Doo has it everybody must/should.
It's an engineering marvel.

Cat must be doing some major restructuring, or else they are biting the hand that feeds them in my opinion. To drop support of organized snowmobiling in BC, but for a few individual stand up Cat dealers was pretty disappointing. Especially in times like these with so many impending closures on the horizon, you'd think they'd be behind the user groups that buy their products like Doo, Yamaha and Polaris are continuing to do. Those three are even amping up their support, while Cat is MIA. Not cool.
