So there are 7 tuners that I've found for the 1100 turbo. Speedwerx says to run 110 on their 260 hp flash. Evo says to run 100 on their 235 flash. The other 5 say 91 on their 260/270 hp flashes. Am I missing something here?

Realistically, you won’t get 260hp on pump gas, nor will you get it from the stock IHI compressor at elevation regardless of flash or fuel used. Blips on the dyno basically. A lot of the tunes available for the 1100 Suzuki use a DET light, problem is that by the time you see it and react, it’s too late. On pump gas you’ll get 215 hp, with 100LL 235 hp, and on race fuel maybe 245hp, all manipulated with timing. However, regardless of tune I’d recommend head studs.

Good investigation. If any of the companies have their hp numbers posted at dynotech, that holds a lot water.

What you're missing is a lot of them don't make the power they advertise. Fair bit of discussion on it around here with the SW too.

I wanted to make a you tube channel exposing the numerous aftermarket liars and their bullchit advertising hp numbers. Then I thought there is way too much hp skull duggery cases for one dog to expose. So I didn’t.
Kanedog wisdom tip-If it’s confusing, it’s bullchit. Trust your gut, not the ads.
Another odd observation-Why are there no unbiased customer reviews supporting these claimed hp/performance gains? I tried to search Bikeman, Speedwerx and a couple others I don’t wanna name and I found nothing. But then I look on the websites and man there is a lot expensive trinkets and flashy pages. Even Some clowns are still advertising 5-7hp y pipe gains. No fookin conscience at all. Man I could wreck a few company reputations if I videod what I have seen from these companies.
Keep researching Longhairfreak. The answer lies somewhere in the big ol’ smelly pile of bullsheet.

Depends on whose flash, what they have for built in protection and whether or not it's two stage light or single stage light. Not just timing, boost as well, and many tunes have no need for race fuel. A lot of the top HP numbers are based on a free flowing exhaust being added. Not all flashes up to 260 require head studs. Spend some serious time on Hardcore Sledder. This has all been discussed at length and proven for many years now.
