has anyone measure the angle of the "stupid hill" " carnage hill" or "Hero hill". You all know the one. Just by the Cabin at the Renshaw.

i just checked on google earth. to put that into perspective the steepest part i could find was 70% slope which works out to 35 degrees. and thats a steep hill!

37 degrees. and thats at the very last catwalk only a short section. In reality the average slope from the second catwalk ( where chit starts to get real, Qualifying end) is an an average of 50% or 27 Degrees.

Just for a reference if you are standing upright on a 60deg slope and your arms hanging at your sides. Your hand will be just touching the slope. 60 is some of the steepest ski lines in Alaska where they do those spines. Friggin nuts.

I don't Know 35 degrees sounds a little light. That last bits seems almost vertical when climbing it.

I only poked it the one time and was lucky enough note to go over backward. Sure wish that someone would have caught it on camera. Not sure I have the stones any more to take a second poke at it.
