3 Skidoo I've owned now, currently the 850 is hardest on fuel and oil consumption. Mountains can't get more then 120k and approx. 1.5litres a oil a day. Also days in deep snow out f fuel by noon with 70k on dash I've road one day locally on trans Canada trail system and did manage to get 157k on one tank on flat land. Keep in mind the tank is smaller then its previous models @ 36l.

2018 154 3" 412KM was out of break in, 76L of fuel to 3 Litres of oil a couple weekends ago and have struggled to get over 80/90KMS to a tank in the mountains with decent snow.

Bigger CC’s and more power is more gas and oil .
The 800 etec would go through it also if worked hard . The later years they had the 800 tuned really well which I would guess will be the same on the 850.

Etecs can sip fuel or guzzle it. All based on throttle position and load. I'm not sure mine uses much more fuel than my 800's did but it does use more oil for sure. Like a comment earlier it does have a smaller fuel tank.

Approx 70km ride the other day playing in fresh snow used 20 liters. Oil consumption seems similar to 800 I have. Think it was around 500km to finish break in.

80km a tank when its deep 120ish most times,usually one 4.5 litre jug per 3 riding days

Found the 850 skidoo burns less then the 850 patriot. Don’t know if it’s the rider or not but it’s contestant day after day.

pretty accurate, when it goes blank, ride for another 25-30kms and it dies.

My gauge never shows full but seems accurate on the low end
