Superclamp Parts?

Long story short sled on sled deck, backed up into a tree in the dark sled pushed forward and broke the superclamp hook itself. Not the one on the deck, but the hook in the superclamp that moves up and down. Curious if anyone has found replacement for it? Literally was the first time that clamp was used.

Was that the only damage? I'm paranoid of backing in to stuff with my rig.

Anywhere a guy could buy it without having to get it shipped? Heading west again on Thursday morning.

I will try call superclamp and see what I can do.

And yes, that was the only damage. Worst part about it was that it was buddies sled that kissed the tree. I was sweating bullets. We just got to sicamous if his sled broke I would’ve been paying for a rental.

You going to be in sici this weekend???

I am riding thurs/fri with the wife and then alone (wifeless) sat and sun. We have a camp set up out there so we will be heading home Monday. Got a buddy who does a bit of guiding set up to ride with me for one of the two days “alone” but always willing to add to the people I ride with. May also be able to square up my buddy for both sat and sun.

I’ll have to make a call and see if a guy can get one down to Lethbridge or something. I won’t be going through Calgary. Headed to elkford and probably sicamous after.

Randalls brother and partner Donald lives in Lethbridge. He may have the part you need on your way through.

Brendon, there would be no trouble having it sent to Regina or even Elkford in time for your trip. Phone Monday mornoing and Randall will look after you.

I’ll call on Monday to see if they have them in Lethbridge, would be ideal.

I’m on night shift right now so it’s hard to find time to get to the post office when they’re open. If I can avoid relying on shipping companies I will. Lol

What are you some sort of millennial who needs something right now but can't go out of your way to get it? lol Just giving you a hard time.

If you know someone heading down from Calgary they can just stop at Randall's place and grab it for you as well but it might not help you from your place to your destination

That’s why my deck is covered in superclamp products and will stay that way.

The most worthy post of rep for a long time. Vendors like this are now a dieing breed. Support for these types of vendors is a must!

I hold my sleds down with superclamps and ride up ramps on to decks with superglides..... what do you have that is willing to back their customer like this ???

Just met up with Don in Lethbridge. Got me a new hook, installed it, and had me back on the road in 5 minutes. That’s customer service. Nothing but good things to say about them and their products.
