I would like to extend a very sincere thanks to BOS Motorsports for keeping me riding last weekend.
Was getting some work done on my sled and some mods also and try as they did they do not control parts delivery time lines.
Work was instantly approved and parts ordered however I just brought the sled in to late to get all the work done, definatly my bad.

So what did BOS do? Gave me a demo shiny, clean and full of gas and oil for the weekend.
Way way way above anything I expected!
Be bringing it back tonight, intact after a full weekend of S&M Mountain Mania riding.
You have me as a BOS believer and promoter.
And a Cat 153X3 promoter - it rips!
Best I have ever been treated by any dealership and I am a very new customer to BOS.
See you guys tonight and once again thank you and thank you!!!

Jesus Fawk!! A guy sure doesn't hear those sorts of stories very often in this day of age! That is amazing! Whomever runs that place or offered that deal should probably receive a complementary 40 pounder for that kind of offer! Wow. Most places would be like...."We got this great rental in back for only $275 a day".

BOS Mororsports

Their PR man wears crocs and camo shorts and always has a coffee mug in his hand. Wonder what he's drinking...

It’s a coffee cup. Just saying.

Re: BOS Mororsports

I would like to say a big ‘Thank You’ to BOS Motorsport. Last week as we were heading out to McBride in that cold Saskatchewan weather, the rear Fox Float track shock on my new ‘18 M8000 SP lost its air pressure. I tried dealing with it on the trailer, but it didn’t want to cooperate. Of course this happened when I couldn’t talk to my dealer (it was after hours), and we left S’toon early the next morning. I didn’t want to go all the way to McBride without a backup. So on our way, we phoned ahead to the Edmonton Cat dealers. No one had one, but were willing to order me one. Not really going to help my situation, so we expanded our search and found BOS, gave them a call. They took my number and called me back in 10 minutes. They took a shock off a new ‘18, and sold it to me. I was blown away! For them to do that for someone passing thru, and didn’t buy the sled from them, was going over and above. I will be stopping by to say thanks once again and maybe pickup some accessories. Way to go BOS! Keep up the excellent service! Oh yeah, I switched shocks and no issues. The original one doesn’t seem to want to hold in this cold. Checked for leaks in the house where it’s warm, and can’t find any.

Re: BOS Mororsports

BOS is top shelf for helping out. Good job Kevin AJ and Travis

BOS has a youngish owner and team with the service savy of a team that usually takes many many years to develop.
BOS ARE TOTALLY KILLIN THE CUSTOMERS SERVICE at the shop!
BOS deserves to do well and hopefully they get maximum customers for the top shelf efforts they are displaying.

Go BOS go!!!

Re: BOS Mororsports

I had your exact same problem. Except mine was self induced. I likely buggered the seals being myself. I had the skid out, and upon putting it back in, last step was to air up the shock, I had the tunnel supported by a gantry crane, being lazy, I bumped the schrader valve with my air compressor with maybe 30lbs pressure in the tank instead of the hand pump. Held air in a warm shop, but not in the cold. Took it in for a rebuild. A simple seal kit and it is as good as new.
