A&E was ripping sleds on the dyno a couple weeks ago.. Ty is getting into Turbos so fired up the dyno and did some pulls to confirm HP, range and tune from there.. I'm going pump gas 5lb so i don't have to keep fixing is my hope..

The Olers and crew are always building some mean machine...See what Oler1234 has in store for this winter..

Oler1234 is on the same ride again this year. Complete custom turbo build(his) with his own fuel mapping on stock injectors. Some suspension and other experimental type stuff. Maybe on the snow this weekend, if not 100% the weekend of the first. I expect his old man to throw the aero charger on his 872, but he did has surgery in sept, so he is on the shelf till march probs. But not big boost on any of the sleds, mine included. But anybody that has ridden with this family knows that their sled perform better than most and not by accident.

I have a question...
Aero charger, are they not big into sled turbos or not a good option anymore? I thought they were one of the top choices a few years ago (maybe I’m wrong) but don’t seem to see mention of them at all lately???

they dont have a good fuel controller that takes fuel out of the fuel map down low. mostly the rest of the kit is good.

O-rings gone on the head? That coolant bottle sure looks low.

Dunno that’s not my pic. Highly doubt it, if it was after a install the bottle may be low, or if the sled was run it will always show low when its pressurized, every doo ive owned looks low till yah crack the cap and it makes a mess everywhere.
