I ride 2007 rev adrenline 800 with a 151. I have 400km an went through 3 belts. The string on the outside seems to always pull out. I have had the alignment checked an they tell me it is ok. I wonder if i should gear it down. Any ideas would be great. Thanks

I think you said the outside edge is wearing out. This would indicate the alignment is out and the belt is getting "bent" while under clutch full shift out(high rpm's/top speed/full load). Definately get the clutches realigned(requires a clutch alignment tool).
when the threads start pulling out one side of the belt, that usually indicates an alignment problem...... I would try another dealer to have the clutch/belt alignment checked. Is it always the same side of the belt thats wearing, and pulling out the threads??
