Kinda almost put an order in on one today.
Just deciding which shop to use.
Probably the one I talked to today.
They just don't do a lot of Cats.
But it is a plug and play.....play hard!

Didn’t they dyno the 800 etec at 165 hp a few years ago? A few hp here and there is no big deal. I think They may have stretched the truth on the polaris 850 to help generate sales. Consumers riding the poo 850 will be the real test anyway. First year engines always have a few gremlins

Big spread in numbers from Cat to Poo.
Somehow Cat lost 9hp from last year on the same unchanged engine.
They where all tested the same day or close to it so the spread would likely not change if tested somewhere else.
Like it or not that's the numbers of the motors tested.
Can't access the dyno tech site to see the hp curve to see plateau at peak power.

Numbers are just numbers and IMO It’s the difference between them that shows the real difference.
Polaris is probably around the 165 -168 ish and others are just a lot less.

Didn't the Suzuki use to dyno at 160 ish?

Used to be just under 160-157 ish and the new motor was supposed to be just over 160.
Have to line them up to see what really maters but definatly a wide spread on tested motors.
Poo 850 looks to be killer sled!
