I will be picking up a new enclosed mission MCH 8.5 X 22 AS heated sled trailer in the next few weeks, it has Nudo flooring. My question is will I need to get something on top of it to protect it or will it do the job. Something like a full line of superglides or caliber makes a bunch of products, and idea on cost or where to get it from for a good deal
Also I have plans of sleeping in it come sledding season, am looking for ideas to insulate the floor, obviously spay-on is a choice, anyone know where I can get it done and for how much, do they add a coating on it to keep it together from road trash, what about using foam panels from local hardware store and a fine sheet of puck board to protect it???has anyone done this?
also looking to get a few extra cabinets or hangers added, where can a guy get a deal on thoses. This is my first enclosed sled trailer
anything else to make this trailer better for sledding please let me know

In them hills.
I have have same floor.
Never did anything.

Has lasted four seasons.

If you have nice friends they will run steal runners and you won't have any problems at all.

If they are a bunch of kuntz like mine then carry a 20V angle grinder and round any new one off or make them drive down the highway a km or 2 before you let them load.

Superclamps on the orther had with s tracks are a great idea.

You could have the inside and underneath spray foamed, think that might run you $2700 for inch walls, 1.5 thick on roof/floor

Called Nudo, Nudo never had much info other then allow it to expand for heat. Talked to a few dealers and most likely will get it spray-foamed underneath. Trailer is insulated in walls and roof from factory already.

does anyone have a contact for someone who spray-foams trailers
