I would like to say this is mostly turbo guys but I don’t run a turbo and I frequent the 20-30 minute time. I just hate getting to the alpine and forgetting something. Left all my elk pepperonis a couple weeks ago sitting on the table in the buss. Now that was a piss off.

We are in the parking lot for usually 5-10 minutes. Pull the sleds off the deck or out of the trailer, let them warm up while changing into our gear. Go.

Simple. On the deep pow days its 5 mins max lol

Can you post an instructional vid? I fart around, walk around my truck 27 times, circle my sled 10x and I'm 30 mins or more. I need assistance.

I am usually the first ready to go as sled is fueled and serviced when unloaded. Buddies are pouring in oil or looking for gloves or swapping stuff around usually so its never quick getting out of parking lot. lol.

Old people and farmers plan ahead (just so you have an out on the old part).
Fuel, oil and grease at the end of the day so sled ready for first light.....just like tractor and equipment.
15 minutes max in the morning - 30-45 min at night to get sled prepped for the next day then 1 beer or big shot fireball.
Clothes set out to dry in room.
Now you can have super!

Has always been our routine since day 1.

HaHa I'll admit I'm old as well as a farmer. Sounds like your thought process is the same as mine? Farmers think alike.

But if I don’t spend an hour or two in the parking lot drinking Rockstar with my white Oakleys and flat brim hat talking about my lime nine wrap, how will guys know how awesome I really am? And I guess how long I spend would depend on how many drag races across the lot I do!

I think it must be some "pro tip" secrets that guys like Randy use to be ready so quick. I experienced the same thing when riding with Bret Rasmussen a few years ago down in Utah. We both pulled up into the parking lots with our trucks and trailers at the exact time all of us wearing street clothes (e.g. jeans, boots, regular shirts) then go into our trailers to get ready... about 4 minutes and 30 seconds later we hear a knock on our trailer door and Bret is standing there all geared up and ready to go! I had barely got my Klim pants on and had just put my second boot on! I know I'm not the fastest guy (usually among the slowest) trying to remember all the stuff I need, but it was amazing how fast Bret was ready. I suspect the Pro riders have a special machine in their trailers that just sprays all their gear on instantly?

How do you guys feel on after the ride. Is it cool to hang out in the trailer, heat on tunes going and sipping rum and talking about how cool you were today, is this ok.

I'm more than good with it. The only difference is my group is usually discussing who f-ed up the worst or dropped into the biggest sh*thole....
