Thanks. I know the rehab will go good, we only get out what we put in. Hard work now will give me good working knees in the long run.

So after 1 month and my second visit to physio my left and right knee have 120 + degrees of bend. Left was 1 degree from straight and the right was 4 degrees past straight. I will see physio for 1 more visit in a month. Best thing I could have ever done. Recommend anyone requiring replacement to just do it!

Got my right replaced last June and rode this year with no major issues. We went to Grizzly lodge in March and when I got back my old one hurt way more than the replaced one. This June is the left side.
I found that also when I got to ride after the right one was replaced the left hurt worse after riding. Both are done now so should be awesome for 2018/19 season.
