"Seriously?" How do you think quads get tied down on a deck??
Not saying clamps aren't better, but good ratchet straps will work fine. You roll over or head-on, the clamps are not keeping the sled on the deck anyway.

Thats because the turn buckles holding the deck won't keep it in the box on a rollover.

He said to hold the sleds down. And they will work fine. I used them around the front bumper and then around the track at the back. I always lock the brake as well.

A good ratchet strap will hold a lot more than any super clamp will.. I run super clamps on my deck and absolutely love them. Easy and quick to use.

Seen pics and personally a few trucks and sled trailers that went tits up in the ditch with clamps on and they hardly moved.
I'd trust a superclamp over a strap any day. It's the jarring from going slack and then tight that breaks straps. That and chafing. Tough to tie a sled down from a high enough to avoid this. You can get alot more preload on the suspension to keep this from happening on an atv than you can on a sled.
