Toyo MT definitely do not. Been running them in the summer for years. Terrible winter tires

The MT tire is not winter rated and if this guy doesn't get charged he will be fortunate, and the insurance company has been given a way out. I know of guys being charged in Valemont for not having either winter tires or not having enough tread depth on a winter tire. Usually the charges happen after an incident but not always. I believe it is mandatory to have winter rated tires Oct 1st to Apr 30th. The tires may or may not have changed the results, really doesn't matter guys out a nice truck and trailer and could get crickets.

The winter tire law has changed slightly, now your tire must have the snowflake OR have the M&S designation stamped on the tire.

Yup, and you dont know it
if you're talking about the radio frequencies, they are easily found on the internet. I've got a CN booklet with all train channel frequencies, repeater numbers, and the areas they are used. hauled some ties for CN after a derailment and the boom truck operator gave it to me.
