I have a skidoo sp xm 2015 154, and it just stands on it tail and trenches in the powder. Have any of you guys manage to diminish this problem?

Limiter strap one hole tighter, rear torsions set to 5 or if you're a big fella add spring spacers or stiffer two-up springs. That should help but the best solution is a skid coupler like KISS, ARC, or baker skid.

In them hills.
Center track shock with as little preload as possible.

Kiss coupler, QSL rear shock, Nextech float 3, zbroz rear coil over, redline rear coil over.

tighten your limiter strap

Don't tighten your strap, instead stiffen up rear suspension. Tightening your limiter strap will reduce the angle of attack and thus the amount of track that contacts the ground making the sled trench worse.

It also helps the sled plane up onto the snow better. Strap up a hole, crank up rear spring tension and front shock adjustment is softened up. That is best for climbing and reduces trenching. Limiter out makes it better for boondocking. Makes the front of the sled appear lighter.

I put 2 up springs on my Mountain Magic skid. I have 205 hp and my skis wont lift 5 inches under full acceleration on hard pack.

Well now I know how to adjust the rear suspension as good as you can get it. And whole bunch of other stuff I never knew existed, then I google in the wrong letters that skegpro gives me. Wow I am glad I did. https://www.ski-doo.com/ca/shop/acc...uster---rev-gen4-xs-with-rmotion-rear-su.html.

Then I get bummed out after realizing it is for rmotion not tmotion.
Yeah why would they put a coupler block on a mountain sled. Lol

Everyone wants to just wheelie around the cabin all day anyhow.

Thanks guys my suspension was set to soft on the rear and stiff on the front, what a difference changing that did. 3-4 feet of powder limited wheeling it was awesome.
