with all the ndp and y2y'rs out there, there may be a mass exodus from mountain recreational products, thus a huge loss may be on the way that investors may be trying to distance themselves . i would.

Bain Capital didn't get to where they are today with poor investing research. I was thinking along the same lines but the Y2Y segment is such a minuscule player in the North American recreational sector that if we look at it from a North American perspective (all of the eastern/western sea board(s), prairie regions, and the big lakes areas) I don't think Y2Y is going to put much of a dint in recreational sales.

But then again, maybe Bain Capital is a little smarter than me.........lol

i'm sure your right, but who could have predicted the NDP in power, who new trudope was nuts.

i would suggest everyone do a bit of reading up on what is happening in the US right now, y2y is only a part of it. the loonies are trying to change the world back to the stone age.
what does high level area, have to do with mountain area's, the ndp and y2y affiliates are trying to shut that area down as well. fernie area is on there target list, as well as the rest of eastern BC. Sleds are in the cross hairs, as well as all back country recreational activities.

please do not take what i'm saying as gospel, find out for yourselves people CTV/ CBC are not your friend"s.

Not to hijack the thread, but I suspect something simliar is happening right now Remington firearms. They are filing, again, for bankrupcy. This time is a little different however.

Some major investors have pulled out due to the Sandy Hook shooter useing a bushmaster AR. Bushmaster is a very small part of Remington, however, it seems that might be the straw that breaks the camel. Im also curious who may have influenced the conscience of those who pulled the money.

I agree with imdoo'n though, there is some really interesting stuff happening behind the scenes right now and for the last little while in North America. But, with major things to be concerned about, like Trudeaus socks and Trumps tweets.... who has time to look into further lose of freedom...:peep::hmm:

would be cool to see larry enticer as team rider

he may be the cause of yamaha's new found interest in rejuvenating the enticer? seems like they are now disappearing from storage sheds all over eastern eastern North America, the demand and price has increased 10 fold. just try and buy one?

It ain't happening. One of my confidants told me the report came from a source similar to National Enquirer credibility. But we will watch and wait to see...
