I got a 174 t3 with 7000km. Track is failing and tossing more and more lugs every ride. Dealer said BRP won't warranty it. Planning on keeping the sled for a back up next season. What do you guys recommend for a replacement? Don't want to change drivers so sticking to a 3" pitch. Any reviews on Casmo 3.2 or conquerer 2.8? Or should I just go back to a stock one?

Heard of the Camso 3.2 "losing" lugs, no firsthand experience tho. On the other hand haven't heard anything bad about the 2.8...best of luck with whatever you choose.

Skip the 2.8, go straight to the 3.2. Why would you down grade paddle height when you have a option to go bigger. Cost wise your initial investment is already there, spend a couple more bucks and go big!

If mine craps out - I'll be changing drivers and running the 175" 3.5"pitch track on the new ones

I would just move suspension back on the front mounting point a 1/2 - 1 inch first I think?
I've already got a big wheel kit from tricked toyz and an offset axle and a baker raptor racers edge setup so I'm ready to rock I think - worth a shot anyways modify the rest later lol
