Best antenna for your truck is any of the nagoya UT's, best just for range is the J-NUODA, pretty long though but it is telescopic. Next is quality

I would not go up those narrow roads that have very few pullouts with a handheld anyway.

Even with an external antenna? I rarely ride during the week usually weekends but still need to listen for lowbeds and service trucks.

Just learning about these radios. Appreciate everyone sharing on here. Curious if there is a common frequency that all the truckers use on the highway? Might be handy to have.

He's been giving programming advice and trying to make these things an awesome safety device for all and hasn't made a dollar off of it even though he could. I've also heard of this thing called free enterprise usually good for the consumer if there is some competition no?

What are the rules on us discussing radios?

I didn't know RGM had the monopoly on Chinese radios.......

Weird sales tatic bullying would be customers who don't want the hassle of programming their own radio.........

It’s no secret these radios are available on line at various prices! Take the risk buddy buy 10 or more and see what show up! Always a bit of a gamble with eBay stuff, add mics, antennas, exchange, shipping, programming, .....

Ray is offering good value no work no risk! Or do all the work yourself and take all the risks!

Fact is, these radios are great, this is good information, , and yes, ray is a good option for a purchase!

Hey your ruining my sales too. Haha. I have even sold a radio to a guy on here too, a Lot cheaper than the price you just quoted skegpro. Oh and do not forget this item.
Come to think of it I have a pile of them so big it would fill a shopping bag (they finally came). I think shipping them would cost more than what I paid for them.

Have you bought the TYT yet? remember you can't use chirp... or those antennas. $101 reasons why you should buy it. Don't forget to grab that special person to test it out with.

Everything BaoFeng & VHF Radios

I was waiting to hear back from you.

If you like them I will buy 3 of them and switch my group over to 10Ws.

Do they use the Kenwood two pin mics or does a guy have to buy a guy specific mic?
