Thanks for info, hopefully its a quick turn around for a buckle that pulled off the bag.
I had a buckle come off of my bag and they just sent me a new peice to put on myself. Super easy. As long as where it attaches isn't ripped.

Just the plastic buckle, riveted to hold shovel handle. 3" track must of bit it!
Yup same buckle for me they sent me one and I put it in myself

I stopped in last year they had a couple buckles in stock and they even installed it for me 
. I ended up getting them to order me 3 complete buckles for my vest.

If the vest is under two years old they will fix it free of charge. They have a good warranty.

Just over the 2 yr mark, $40 for the repairs plus shipping.
