Got to thinking with all the rmk guys buying skidoo rubber block and even me as a skidoo guy having issues with busting out those rubber blocks every other ride I was thinking about a fix. What about putting a 1/16th sheet of teflon or similar material between the ski spindle and the rubber block to prevent it from busting it up but retaining its shape and cushion properties. Other thoughts?

Munster makes a little block that fits between the spindle and inside edge of the ski. They work good, I used to go through 2 sets of rubber a year and since i put those in I haven't had to replace them anymore.

Buy different bushings for $10 and center the skis. You’re welcome

Been there. Done that.
We still go through several sets a season.
Munster bushing savers for us, bushings last much longer now.

Ski doo ones are definitely junk. I go through a set every couple rides and my ski's are entered. Bought a set from that guy on Kijiji so we'll see how long they last.
