I have a 2015 163T3 and the track is cracking at multiple places right at the base of the lugs. some of them are actually quite bad. anyone gotten a track out of BRP on warrenty?
anyone successful with skidoo track warrenty?

Wish you best of luck, my 146 summit x 2.5 dealer figured it should of been warrenty, but brp declined it they will not warranty a track i was missing lugs with no damage to track. Only 1000 miles and mostly mountain
How many km's on the sled?

I tried to warranty a track on a 2014 XMX 163 that cracked across the bottom of the lugs. No lugs missing and no apparent damage to the lugs nor the track. Dealer was surprised to see how it cracked and tried their best to get warranty to no avail. BRP has a pat answer and that is "rider abuse".

1800KM. i rode it last year and only ever rode decent trail conditions, i purchased it off an older fellow. not that it matters at a dealer standpoint but i see allot of T3 track issues. i tried with the local dealer and got terrible service, which is what i expected from them but they are conviently situated. they shoved me into the generic rider abuse and poor snow condition group once i finally could track my case file down myself.

FYI, Polaris did warranty my track when it split where the rear wheels are so if there is no way your damage can be from abuse, keep trying and they might come through. I know you ride a Doo but I expect most companies follow the same warranty protocols when it comes to tracks.
