Skidoo XM cheap riser

Couple of quick questions I cant seem to get answers on. Does anyone make a "riser" block that just bolts to the OEM riser already there just to give you height instead of completely replacing the stock one? Kinda like what the grip n rip iso vibe does.

Also whats the cheapest riser I can get. Dont want to spend $100 plus.

How high can you raise the handlebars above the stock block before you need a cable extension kit?
