So we are going back to Edmonton this year and wanted to share what we will have.

We are waiting on a shipment from TKI for some new goodies. Unless the border police have other ideas, we should have:

A couple new belt drive kits for the Skidoo G4

10 aluminum brake reservoir guards for ski-doo

One 2017 Mountain Cat belt drive kit and taking orders for the 2018 kits that should be out shortly

One drop and roll template for the 2012-2016 Arctic Cat M8

Belt drives for 2012 to 2016 M8's

A couple TKI brake levers

Belt drive kits for Polaris Pro-Ride, Axys (both chaincase or quickdrive conversion)

Belt drives for XM/XP and T3

Lots of Polaris track clips and tools

Polaris quickdrive 10.9 hard lower bolts

Team secondary roller bearings

Polaris clutching parts etc.

A couple Skinz bumpers and windshield bags for AXYS

Polaris AXYS Arm Candy, A-Arm braces, natural aluminum and we just anodized a couple sets in Black. (add $20)

Polaris suspension couplers fits AXYS/Proride 155/163, natural aluminum and we just anodized a couple sets in Black. (add $30)

And of course, we will have a good stock of Phantom Teth-Air's (we have new and really good prices on some demos)

Is the arm candy a gun metal colour this year? Looks good! Probably the best/cheapest mod you can do on an axys.

Thanks, Johnny, actually most are still natural aluminum but I got a couple sets anodized black. It adds $20 to the price but if your a-arms are black it might be worth it.

Another nice product we got in is the TKI brake reservoir guards for both Arctic Cat and Ski-Doo.

I don't always buy aftermarket parts, but when I do I make sure I get the ones that specify a "hacksaw" is required for installation. lol

You’’re right... aftermarket running boards, tunnel extensions for long track kits, drop and roll and extended chain cases are ridiculous.

I’’m sure enhancements to the T motion design could be made similar to the Polaris couplers.

Lol. Who does any of that anymore? And who ever did it with a hacksaw?

great post though.

I prefer clean bolt on products like Teth Air offers. It's hard to get quality products made locally for a fair dollar.

Our coupler was a result of seeing a need and not being satisfied with what was already on the market. We pride ourselves on innovation and not copying others. If there is a problem with the design of what is available (like needing to cut suspension) then yes we may be interested. My buddy is getting a 175 G4 shortly and I will see if something can be done to work on both the 165 and 175. I will also need to find out if the 175 actually needs such a device too, so a few rides are needed first. Maybe it will only be the shorter skids with the problem??

I think the advantage on the longer sled (174/175) would be the ability to set up the skid to be more playful. Let the limiter out, soften the rear shock to keep it feeling more like a 163 then have the coupler that you can adjust to engage when you need to get serious about getting up something.

That's all I was trying to say. I'm not sure why TTB got is panties all in a big bunch. At least he's got your back I guess.... :dontknow:

I think that you guys have done a great job of improving on the KISS design similar Racer's Edge and the others improving on the M10 back in the day, making it less complicated.

I would think there would be a market for it on the longer low boost type sleds where guys aren't smashing chutes all day, they want a rear suspension more playful but also want to get able to keep from flipping over backwards when they get in the steep. There's getting to be more and more boosted sleds that don't immediately go to Baker for the full treatment creating a small niche between stock and full mod.
