Yamaha EW433....What's it worth

I need some help.
I have a coworker that is looking to sell a 1972 ew433. It has 449 original miles.
Was last running in 2012.

It needs the sear recovered and he said compression is down on one side. Has new rings for it.

What's it worth? Also has electric start.
Let me know.

I would agree with 007. Looks like a great candidate for restoration for someone but not me. Brings back some memories of the GP292 we had when I was a kid, very similar body. I would tell your coworker to advertise it and take offers without setting a price. Might get lucky and find someone that has to have it and will offer a decent amount.
