As one of my law professors told me in college; It's okay to fire your clients. Believe me there is more truth in that statement after being in the service industry for 30 years with my wife. There is twits on both side the spectrum.
Yep, firing clients sometimes is the only way to go forward

I have had zero problems with H2O, anyone who knows me knows that. Maybe because Dale and I share a similar sarcastic ass personality I got along with him. I have seen him give guys the gears when they walk in looking for "assistance" after they pile their sled into a tree the day before on a long weekend and expect him to drop everything he has already in the shop to get them going. They get all bent out of shape and well, life is rough, don't slam your sled into a tree next time on your stretch of days off before you go back to work for a month.

Thats where being a loyal customer should come into play. If you are joe knowbody and getting work done on your sled while mine is sitting there already I would be pretty ticked, and being that most of the time H2O was a one tech shop with the occasional wrench turner, you can't help everyone. Unfortunately it seems like a lot of sledders don't have thick skin and when you tell them no, I can't help ya, they cry like school girls about how bad their service was.

I picked up a new Doo last fall and since I was looking for something specific I went to a different dealer, but I went well out of my way to stay away from the big box store in Calgary. I did try and give my business to another decent salesman on here but he just didn't have what I was looking for. I don't have the time of day for any of those BRP franchise dealers who have multiple shops, they will sell you a sled and anytime you need help you are just a number. I would imagine they inventory split to keep their orders up and it forces the small shops out because they can't compete with the sales.

There is a reason a lot of guys from all over used H2O and while not everyone had the service they expected to get there were a lot of happy customers who did and a lot who will now just be another number on some other dealers month end.

Honestly, when was the last time someone walked into Backus and felt all warm and fuzzy when they walk out?

Nice Cfmoto demo at H20 today and will continue tomorrow check it out if you are in the market for a nice dirt and mud 4 wheel machine. Dan do not insult the the owner of h20 by comparing your personality to yourself. U are way..more sarcastic!!!

My buddy has the cf moto rzr knockoff and it works really good. Good power good suspension and seams to run really nice. The only thing is it don't shift from forward to reverse very. It grinds lots, but that could be his machine not all of them.

He's getting me to build him a custom role cage and seat in the back so I will look it over good then

I was really impressed with the 800 rzr one, more so with the 50 inch one

Way better than my 800 rzr that's forsure, doesn't sound gay either like the rzr

I heard of people getting bent over on pricing cause he knew they needed the part.

I bought my parts and oil in Sicamous because they were always cheaper than Calgary. No discounts, plus paid more tax.

Not sure how pricing would be higher at H2O when they charged list or less unlike BowCycle and other dealers.

Not Sure
That is the buzz in town and they are getting the building prepared now. It isn't Banner but the fellow owns other dealerships as well I am told. Store manager is a customer orientated person involved in the sledding industry. This should be very good for Sicamous area doo riders.
I think brp recognizes this area and started these changes last season because of the way things went here with the old dealer.

They should be announcing officially very soon.
