Memory maps save your routes really well, so next year you can make it back through the same route... click on the route and it has all your info stored speeds grades and elevations. yesterdays trip out took a lot of nudging for that blue dot to show up a position with google earth, had to bring up google maps then memory maps .... then finally google earth showed a gps lock. So do not give up on it just because it does not show a lock, it just takes time.... really glitchy but nothing else like it for 3d imagery.
