4 stroke track noise

i have AC T660 4 stroke for the wife.. its so quiet ,all i hear is the rumbling of the track..just wondering of thats normal or maybe the tracks too tight,, it hangs down 1 inch in middle.should be ok. any ideas ?

Nice to be able to hear the sled, isn't it? I have had a lot of yamaha 4strokes and heard the same thing Ken.

I haven't driven a cat 4stroke but I use to have a four stroke 750 dragon and you could hear the track and chain. It's more than likely normal with cat as well.

i would say if it hangs down 1" in the middle it is to loose.

Lots of R&D going into making sleds quieter after these four strokes and the electric prototypes started coming around. Just read in a mag not too long ago that camoplast was testing a track without rods and knocked something like 15db of noise out of the system.
