Whipped these up a few days ago and got them powdercoated. No more tripping over these things in the trailer.
Made some Superclamp hangers for the trailer.

That is a great idea! I was just thinking what I was gonna do with mine. Definitely gonna have to fab up a set of those.

1/8" flat bar, 2"x17" to screw into the 16" on centre trailer studs. The next piece is more 1/8" material 3.5"x2", welded at 45 degrees, space to suit. The last little tab is 1.5"x2" welded in the center of the bigger tab, 1/2" from the top.

We have designed In the past hanging systems similar to this for our Superclamp , after we did a cost of bill of materials and labor as well as market research, we determined there was not enough market demand and a return on the investment. Invalid Zero you did a great job

Don't you guys make the super hang all?
If you sold plastic brackets that could hang the superclamps for $5-10 a piece I am sure they would sell.

We did about 4 versions , all being to expensive once you sold it to the Distributor , then the Distributor to the Dealer, Dealer to the Consumer.

thats a nice job .. but really a nail in the wall would serve the same purpose
maybe you should start making them and the guys on here would buy them. sounds like alot of trailers need this setup. I know i would buy a set or two

Looks good, just curious could one not install the superclamp anchors onto the trailer wall and just lock them down like you would over the skis?

you could but you would have to put something on the walls for the outer edges to "clamp" against to keep the pressure, also I wouldn't want to put a 1/2" hole thru the side of my trailer for the bolt, with the SuperTrac product it would definitely be much easier.

It certainly would but it's a brand new aluminum trailer, nails in the walls don't really 'fit'. Already had the material, all it cost me was $27 each for powdercoat.

Thought about it but between work, family, and toys I just dont have the time.
I really thought and realized that not all skis are created equal. You would also have to adjust the super clamp every time you wanted to hang it on a generic holder.

sure can...also keeps the spare moveable pieces out of the way and from tripping over them.
