Hello All

I have been playing around with the idea of installing a remote, solar powered satellite Web Cam at the Allen Creek Cabin.

Working with local guru's on the subject, we have come up with a design that is somewhat cost effetive and will upload a new photo every hour or so throughout the winter and possibly twice daily throughout the summer.

The kicker is we would need funding for the project to a tune of about 7000-8000 Bucks.

If anyone on here is interested in possibly sponsoring this webcam or becoming a large partial sponsor, please send me your interest in a PM and I can get some more info to you regarding bang for your buck, such as main logo placement on the webpage, signage in the cabin, etc.

Happy Canada Day Weekend !:canadaflag:

Good luck with that. We have a number of communication sites around here with solar panels installed and they seem to be a regular target for vandals. I guess they like the way they shatter when the rock hits them. Remember the good old days when people respected other peoples property??? :(

Im really thinking it would be fine, it is showing conditions of where these people who would supposedly be wrecking this camera like to ride, why would they f*ck that up. If they had no use for it then yea it is a prime target for vandalism but if your up there riding you obviously have a use for the camera in that you would be checking it out to see the allen creek conditions. Other than that I really can't see anyone hiking up there for the hell of it just to wreck something....... my 2 cents

I dont know where it is, but if its only winter access, then they can throw lots of snowballs, wont be any rocks around. I would be willing to contribute a little
