I run Spectro in the 2013 XM and ran it all last year in the 2012 Summit putting 2200 kms on it and no issues. Great lubrication and low ash.

The GearHub was having a sale on it and the price was right for sure.

Rowdy (she is in Calgary) has a bunch that she wants to sell. Doo a search on here.

Spectro Platinum Syn-Sno Powervalve Formula...."this low-pour (-42 degrees F) full synthetic lubricant keeps power valves and exhaust systems deposit-free." Quote right off the brochure.

It is a good oil. Dan Davidoff used that oil and was sponsored by Spectro.

Syn-Sno Full Synthetic Powervalve Formula

This low ash, low pour synthetic lubricant keeps power valves and exhaust systems free of carbon deposits. No engine oil burns cleaner. Virtually smokeless, and flows to -57° Centigrade. May also be used as a pre-mix oil for racing applications. Excellent performance in Rotax snowmobile engine tests. Exceeds JASO FD, ISO-L-EGD + and API TC test requirements. For use in all — any year, no restrictions — two-cycle Arctic-Cat, Polaris, Yamaha, and Ski-Doo snowmobile engines. INCLUDING POWER VALVE AND E-TEC ENGINES!
