OK so i am putting handwarmers on my 08 klx 450 would u splice it in with the headlight as then power would only be there when the bike is running or is there a better way ,hand warmers are under 30 watts hopefully the stator will handle this?

I'd say go to your local Bike dealer for information. A burn't out stator on the hill would make for a crappy end of the day.

Wire in a relay then you are good to go. DONíT splice it in.
Characterize people by their actions and you will never be fooled by their words.
A persons actions will tell you everything you need to know.

I would make sure your stator can handle it first. Use a relay. Definitely do NOT splice.
