Hi,

I am looking to purchase the new Timbersled ARO but undecided between the Timbersled ARO 120 and ARO 137

Can you please let me know would be the main difference (pros and cons) and which one you would consider and why?

It will go on a KTM 500 EXCF 2017.

Thank you in advance.

It really depends on whether you have a sled and a bike or just a bike. I've had both long and short track timbersled kits and like the feel of the short track better but I also have a sled. So if there is fresh deep snow I like to ride my sled. If they haven't had new snow and it's setup or less than a foot of fresh the bike is the way to go. So that is why I only have the 120 short track kit.
If you have only a bike and want to ride I the mountains I would stick with the longer track kit. In my option the short track is more fun and nimble like a dirt bike but the long track will get around much better once it gets deep.

I've ridden and ridden with the old ts short/long, yeti 120,129 and 129ss. The yeti 129 is the all around king, the SS was like a chainsaw with no base but was awesome when you got going, the 120 went everywhere the others did. No ARO experience, sorry.

I noticed a big difference in ski push going from my 120 TS to a 129 Camso. Can't imagine how much worse it would be with a 137. My son goes everywhere with my old 120 that I go with my 129.
