Flat? LOL.

Frisby is great riding around the cabin for bikes There are days I have never been past the cabin there.

The trees around Turtle are pretty good too.
How many KM to that area? Can you go off trail on the way up or is it Caribou zone?

We were in Valemount on weekend and converted a few more Lol. Lots of misconceptions out there about the snowbikes but after they actually ride one they are smiling and asking where to get one set up. Traded for a while with a guy and man what a pile of work in the trees. I got some room, his turbo kicked and it made the snow fly but pulled out cause coming up on trees to quick. HA HA Don't have those skills anymore. He said he went in places with my bike, he would have never gone with his sled. I said fun ain't it. Ran into Assaultn and chased him around for awhile. Had a great time...

Ya all it usually takes is one ride along a hillside and they are converted. Lots of guys coming up to us on the hill and in the parking lots now. Lots of guys sitting on the fence. Pretty curious about this new snowbike thing and where it can take them. Those two sledders that were with you Assaultn had a good view of what the bikes could do. Any good pictures from them?

Still enjoying the snowbike but I think I really want to try a LT. ST in revy snow just struggles too much imo. It gets around but any hill size it really struggles to make it up unless it can poach a track. Posted my skid for sale or swap see what happens.

Ya they are no different than the sleds, a little longer makes big difference. Hope it works better for you.

Would you need a bit more power for the LT or is your bike juiced up already?

How juiced up can a bike get?
55hp instead of 50hp?

Turbo?

Snowbikes are cool but the lack of power makes me wanna have a nap.

I was gonna get the boys at Brewster West to build me custom front mount turbo setup for my 520 this summer but they have told me to hold off. Apparently Jeff at PR2 Racing has something up his sleeve to deliver around 80-90hp naturally aspirated. They were tight lipped on how this will be accomplished so I have no details but will be patiently waiting. 80-90 is a pretty big stretch from that 450 powerplant so Im guessing its either a super strung out high comp long rod time bomb or a complete adapted motor swap of some sort. Either way its gonna be a pricey build.

P.S. I'll PM ya next time Im heading out and bring an extra bike for ya. Try and keep up through the bush.... U wont be napping, I promise.Totally agree that the open areas and longer pulls get pretty old fast though. Hopefully there are some economical advancements in the hp department for the bikes soon to make hangin with the sleds a little more exciting.

Haha right on.
We were talking if we were all on bikes it would probably be better. Sleds and bikes in the same group is like oil and water.

And yes, bike move well in the trees. No doubts.

Had my snowbike in back of truck doing bill payin in town. Everytime I came out of the business there was someone standing by my truck asking what the hell is that. Too Funny. They were pretty intrigued after I explained what it was though. You Tube was going to be busy tonight Lol.
