get rid of that pesky flat climbing attitude by swapping out your skid and track for a 146". 
first thing I would try is to soften the rear shock as much as you can and set the front as stiff as possible. if that doesn't work, see above....

If you want ski lift, throw out the best suspention on the market, and put back in a stock Doo skid. The M10 is a flat running hill climbing beast! It is designed to keep the track running flat for maximum track/snow contact, thus not much for ski lift.
