Drive chain length - 2015 T3 163”

Have a 2015 163 T3 with 21/51 gearing and a 112 link drive chain. According to the dealership, this is stock for that sled, but the chain seems crazy long. Once the tensioner is set, the downside of the chain is only 1” approx. from upside of the chain. Just curious on other people’s observations on the chain length and chain case geometry.

110L will work, might need 3 hands to make it all go nice but it will, I ran a 104Link with 21/49 in the short chain case.
had that thing apart so many times trying different gears I ran ATF in the case rather then the doo stuff, most stock chains are long and have a big dog leg, example 850's 154 has 21/51 116L chain and big dog leg, 165 is 21/53 so it's not as bad
