Best way to get these huge factory rivots out?

Was thinking maybe an air chisel? Little zip disk? I dunno - any suggestions?

Take a centre punch and mark centre pin on rivet drill out and bend out or take a small dremel cut off wheel and cut it off

Perfect thanks guys - haven't changed out an s-module before on the xm - gonna give it a go - glad it's not my sled lol

Cold chisel and BFH hit from the side they snap easily. Replace with bolts.

Those ones can actually stay in if you are doing the whole S-mod. Changing just the suspension mount often won't correct the bent geometry and is just as much or more work.

I have a spanking brand new front brace xm kit for sale $100 Cdn. C/w kanedog autograph.
I'm not a fan of any bracing on the front end of an xm - I tried the grip and rip kit on my xm and all it did was transfer the damage to other areas

Just waiting for the s-module to show up in the mail so I know which ones to beat out

Where is it coming from? I have another one I'm waiting to do.
From doo website - 2015 summit sp - $285 for s-module and 4 y-pipe bolts and washers - them hoors like to fall out on the xm

For over $500 it can't even come with the exhaust rubber bouncer piece or the front nose cone exhaust spring holder
