If you figure it out post it up. I am in the elk valley now so it’s 2 hrs or so to the bridge, and 3 to Calgary. Finding or ordering some in to Napa or lordco would be sweet.

I will look when I get home....or Oler1234 could let you know, got the number from him originally.

It’s got about 600km on it since I did the fuel filter. Are their any tests to do on the pump or does it have to be plugged in to test? Also are these pump bulletins just updates? Warranted past the standard warranty period?

If I can’t get it figured out by Wednesday there’s a good chance it will be coming to your dealership as I’m burning riding days and not privy to a lot of free time to dick with it right now.
Its been a while since I looked at the bulletin. Dealer has to pressure it up and it has to hold 41 or 44 psi for a set time I believe. I will see what I can find on Bossweb for you.

There is a bulletin that is still active for the 2015's for the fuel regulator becoming dislodged and not being seated than can affect max rpm and starting when hot. The bulletin for the 2016's is similar but the pump itself could stop holding pressure. It is still active as well.

KISS keep is stupid simple. I had the same problem intermittent for a week straight. Symptoms of the recall fuel regulator and I checked everything. It ran intermittent like that until finally at Renshaw halfway through the day it just died and wouldn’t start after hours it started again limped it out. Long story short I thought it was something major. Took it dealership finally after giving up thinking recall regulator and all it was. Was the fuel filter plugged up. Keep it simple :) even though u just changed it maybe u picked up some more crap.

Thanks. Got lots of things to check tomorrow night after work or Sunday. Gonna call NAPA tomorrow and see if they have the plugs I need or can get them for Monday and test everything I can before I have to go to Calgary Tuesday. Worst case it goes to Cochrane I guess and I smash my piggy bank up.....

Good news is I only have to go 100’ from driveway to test in about 2-3’ of snow.

Got the plugs out.
First thing I noticed is their not iridium just plain old ngk PFR7AB and had a lot of wear and arcing on the ground side and one had a little rust on the plug end so gonna windmill some BKR7EIX NGK’s in and see what happens.

Torqued both to 20 ftlbs and they’re 90 degrees to the injector so they probably could use a shim but it runs. Have to wait till tomorrow to take for a quick rip and test though. Really hope they were the problem.
