At 7,000rpm? Tried all clickers didn’t make a difference
If I feather the throttle it’ll rev to 7,900 no problem

Posted the problem else where and there were suggestions:
1. Can needs exhaust adapter, will try stock can next trip to eliminate that.
2. Rave valves sticking and need cleaning? anyone had this issue? Hesitant to try as the dealer has to recalibrate with bud if you remove them

If it hits the rev limit does it not tell you on the display. My 600 is doing the same thing, but not all the time.I took the MBRP off and put the stock exhaust back on ,have not tried it yet tho.

Clicker on 1 on the trail up or it will always do it, till ya get up top

It's between 2 fuel maps and on the lower one it's ramping rpm too fast

You ravs should calibrate after you start and if there is a min/max discrepancy should throw a code,.. do you have a hard start issue? At one point the was a ecm flash for a shifting bog.

It almost sounds like rev limiter and lack of engine load.

Only hard start when it’s really cold but I think that’s normal

I’ve seen “rev limit” come on the screen but not when it’s bogging.

When this bog happens I get off the gas to 6,000 then feather it up to 7,900 no problems

I changed my head the other day and decided to clean rave valves while it was all apart, they were still fairly clean for having 2600km on engine. Did not hook up to buds, all was fine, ran good no engine light. Everything in the raves threads in till its bottom out, on mine anyway. I would just mark where the rave sets if your worried about it.

I just had this exact same issue, brought into dealer and they checked the rave valves and they weren't opening, it turned out to be a sensor for the rave valves is what they told me. Fixed now and back to normal.

Changed plugs
Changed fuel filter

Guess I’m looking at the raves

May not matter, but there are two fuel filters on the sled one inline and one in the tank. Have you had the primary clutch apart?

Only replaced inline one, yes has clutch apart to install DJ clutch kit and clean everything

Mine was doing that as well. Would hit the knock sensor sometimes too. It’s turbod, so probably amplified the problem. Turned out to be a weak fuel pump. Would pressure test fine, but would drop off when it was warmed up. So basically, my engine was leaning out, which caused the the ECM to retard the engine and bog out when I would come on to the throttle. Thank god for technology, otherwise I would be replacing engines instead and not know why!
