Ya the floating qrs will work on the team shaft. Also if your sled is getting higher in mileage and is suddenly starting to eat belts change out the motor mounts. especially the pto side ones. they get soft and move around lots. cheap and easy fix to tighten up the situation

Well let me get out here with this clutch and the change to the engine torque stop and see what happens. If its still running hot or the clutch sux ill go to a floating qrs and ill change the motor mounts. I do have 2000km on the machine but i dunno if that would be consider high mileage?

is it possible my motor could be out of alignment? ive looked and never really found any info as to weather or not guys had to make adjustments to the etec motor mounts to straighten things up... as far as i knew these were pretty well set up machines

I am pulling 120km/hr track speed in a climb on a Redline Boosted 2015 174 T3, installed by me and a buddy. Mostly a buddy, i held the light, did the grunt work, and rolled the left handers. Have a mixed bag clutching set up, mostly DJ specs and a QR11 helix with Doo Doctor floating secondary from my '09 XP, but it seems to be working well so far. Not many boosted kms yet, but sled has 5000km on it. Have never blown belt since I have my QRS modded to float.

If this team ties doesnt hold up to all the hype ill send my qrs out to get machined to float and run the team shaft thats in it already with a DJ turbo clutch kit. I only paid 400 bux for this tied set up so im thinking its at least worth a try rite?

Team clutches are a pain to try to tune right on a doo. Ive done two, and the amount of springs and helixes needed to get them right is not worth the money in the end, the team is heavier than the qrs as well.

well. im kinda hoping that the sled shops know what is supposed to work on these things. seems like specialty and mountain magic like them... but wut the hell... ill give it a shot and if it doesnt work well i go back to a qrs.

Do any of you guys know if theres anyone in Canada that can put a spline'd shaft inside a qrs? I know skidoo has a version of it but... ive seen quite a few posts where they failed?
