Folks, I now am the proud owner of four Raptors for my 174.
Any tips, spring lengths etc to use as a starting point?
I’m a little fat this year, 230! Plus gear.

I found setting all 4 to clicker 10 position (20 in total) then tune to your type of riding. You might want to increase your pre-load on the spring with your weight (they come factory 1/4" pre-load) Use your factory spring wrench and screw down to set stiffer. Enjoy the smooth trail ride in and out!

That's how I tune my clickers as well. Still learning to tune spring preload though.

Any idea on spring length?
there is no spring length as each sled weighs different according to what can you have etc, they say to set 1/4in pre load. That would be with a full tank of fuel etc. the clutch side spring length with be shorter if you have a can due to the weight on that side of the machine, vise versa if you have the stock suit case. there are set up instructions on raptors site. print them off set up as recommend and fine tune from there. I highly recommend running spring spacers with a set of HD springs in the rear end for your weight. we are roughly the same, trust me you ill thank me later.

Found what I needed.
Spring lengths are listed on the Raptor website. The links were down until recently.
