Just got mine installed on my freeride, top notch product with good instructions, not to often a home build product comes with.
Make sure you have a 1-1/4 deep socket or something of similar nature for install! Other then that smooth sailing, same firmness in suspension block 3 as it used to be on 5.

Just got my spacers installed and a big thank you to mountainsledmainia for the nice packaging and quick mailing of the stuff! No problems on the install, the usual bear of a time getting the bolts to take the skid off out, that's some good Loctite they use. What I wound up doing was taking one bolt out and cleaned all the Loctite off of it, then reinstalled and tightened it. The second bolt was a beeeeooottttcchhhh, had to heat the end of the bolt to loosen the Loctite and then futz around allot to get it out. The spacer are schnizintight, so definitely some grease on them and a big socket to bottom them out to that weld mentioned in the instructions. I did encounter one "problem", it was with the supplied collars to replace the factory ones. One side fit fine but the other, when tightened, would bind against the boggey wheel and prevent it from turning. Not sure what was going on but no matter what I did it would not work. What I would up doing was using the factory collars and it all went together fine! All I need now is a test run to check it out, in the "garage test" it would appear that there is more tension at a lower setting, I'm usually on #4 which keeps the arse end right up but it seems to do that on #3 now, will check it out in this big dump of snow we just got!!!

Hey Sherm,
Just so I can understand better, the collars I provide ate supposed to but up against the spacer on the inside of the bogie wheel. They are not to replace the factory collars in any way. The final product should look like the picture below but better centered on the spring unlike the one in the picture. Holy crapola, looks like I boo boo'd! I don't know if I can pound those spacers on that far so that the collar will fit on there but I'll have to give it a whirl! If nothing else my bolts are all loosened up! I assumed that collar is to prevent the spacer from moving down the shaft, makes sense now, appreciate that! Sherm

Road test on the spacers today, tons of fresh snow so ideal conditions for testing, they work! I'm usually a "4" on my rear, dialed it back to "3" and it performed as well as the stiffer setting but with the cushy feeling on the trail and/or bumps! Without the spacers and on "3" the sled would trench more in the deep snow, I kept it on "3" all day and in deep deep snow and it performed great, two thumbs up! Sherm

Plz dont think i am ignoring you , i am slowly but surely making my rounds getting all the kits out. There was a larger turn out then i had expected so bare with me as i am increasing production to keep up with the demand. I hope to be caught up within the next two weeks. I also want to thank all you guys for your reviews, its great to know im not making these things for nothing seeing as its not really profitable lol. I plan on being out in the hills riding for the next few months straight with the occasional trip home so for you guys that want to order sets i will still be doing so and shipping will take place in the middle of the week when im back home.
