Just wondering what other guys are using for a cooler for the water to air intercooler. I’m currently using my bulk head cooler but am having major issues with overheating at slow speeds on trails or hard packed trails when speed isn’t an option. Have scratchers down but thinking I need to add diff cooler and put bulk head cooler back to the motor for cooling. Thought I saw boost it mount some beside stock cooler under tunnel at one point.

use a aluminum 0.75 or 1.0" tube. Make it a U-cooler that goes around the corner edges inside the tunnel. It will cool a ton plenty and will not interfere with the track. deadly simple

That seems very simple...that be enough cooling ?...doesn’t seem like much cooling surface to cool it enough...even with front cooler I’ve seen my Intake temp come up to 40 on a long pull in my data log.

What’s the reason you need a cooler for charge temps in the first place on a two stoke? Are you after 12+ lbs

It’s an old heavy dinosaur I know but it’s what I got and still enjoy riding it for most part. Loved get newer 850 with aftermarket turbo but priorities change with kids.
