So I've got a 2015 xm 174 with a TSS centre mount - fresh top end and turbo reeds from turbo performance - bring it to eagle pass today to start seating the rings made it 20kms had to turn around and head down won't go over 6000rpms without falling on its face - 2nd redline box now the g1 it came with from TSS now the G2 with the fuel controller and now I'm to the point of drop kicking the God damn redline box in the trees and try someone else's box but the problem is that I think I need custom built mapping and the only one that I am aware that does that is redline help please I'm pulling my hair out here - riding a ckmp 175 850 for the next 3 days cuz I gots no choice:(

You need to check fuel pressure and not just at idle. At idle it should be around 44 psi, under load it should also hold very steady to 40-44 psi. If it truly is falling on its face and your pressure has dropped way off you have a fuel delivery issue. This could be the fuel pressure regulator or as I found out on my sled sled the filter sock attached to the fuel pump was dirty and restricting flow. Do what ever you have to to splice in a simple Tee in the fuel line to hook up a pressure gauge. I zip tied a simple gauge to my riser just for testing purposes and when the boost came on the pressure would drop almost to zero.

Let us know what you find out. I highly doubt it is your fuel control box. I am running a Redline box from Bryce also. Mine was doing the exact thing and no amount of adjusting would richen it up, it would fall on its face whenever you got over 5800 rpm.

Give Dave a call at Redline he can usually steer you in the right direction. If your getting up to that rpm it could be something very simple like the box not picking up rpm or boost pressure to spray the injectors, broken wire or tube not connected to box.

Give Dave a chance to help you out, he is a straight shooter. My sled is going to him tomorrow. My issue is totally different, but he wants to get to the bottom of it.

Watch the blood pressure. Breath deeply. Light candles. Hug the dog. Pet the kids. Keep calm.

^ what he said. Or you could have just got your brother to call me up and we could have went through it together and had it running. From what i understand you had it to a shop here in edmonton, and you brought it home and had it apart to double check the work.... thats good, i do the same because i have trust issues. There is only so many parts to a turbo and i have budds on my laptop so we could troubleshoot whats going on with the BRP stuff and the turbo thing well thats pretty straight forward stuff. Anyways.... at least you Fawkers got to ride so freakin sick snow while im at home with a busted chicken wing thanks to my snow bike adventure.

Man I want a turbo sled! 2S Turbo's are a definitely a love/hate relationship. You'll love it when it works, and hate it when it doesn't! This season I'm riding stock as I only have one sled. The bad... stock power sucks! The good... lots of miles without breakdowns.

I rode the 175 850 for a day and I wanted my turbo back - that 850 needs more power in my opinion
